Rules and Guidelines

The following rules are in place to ensure the safety of all players and guests. 

-No unaccompanied children in the simulator area.  We love kids, but safety is first.

-Tee Times are required walk-ins are welcome but will be based on simulator availability.

-24 hour cancellation time preferred. Please call ahead if you need to change your tee time (386)872-5009.

-Golf shoes or running shoes are the only allowed footwear – No metal spikes allowed.

-Players and guests acknowledge that The Rough Virtual Golf Center LLC (The Center) is under video surveillance.  Tampering or damaging camera equipment will result in repair and/or financial compensation being paid to The Rough Virtual Golf Center LLC.

-Video and photography are allowed by players and guests.  However, players and guests acknowledge that photography and/or video are not allowed of others participating in activities related to the Center without permission of those parties.  Additionally, all photography and videos by the Center are allowed and may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation. Permission will be requested prior to use.

-If playing with your own clubs, please make sure club faces are clean before play.

-Keep drinks in sitting areas provided. NO FOOD OR DRINK ON OR AROUND SIMULATORS at any time!

-Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators.  No swinging clubs outside of the simulators for safety reasons.

-Play smart and safe.

-Only one person on simulator area at a time.

-Before you swing a club, check your surroundings ( other players, guests etc.) to ensure no obstacle is within your swing zone.

-When swinging be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.

-All shots must be directed forward towards the simulator hitting screen.

-All swinging, to include practice swings, must take place on hitting area of the golf pad.

-Be aware of where you are at all times and stay out of everyone's range of swing (swing zone).

-Report any accidents immediately.

-Players and guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules. Failure to abide by any of the above rules and guidelines will result in cancellation of the remainder of your simulator time without refund.
